I would be discussing the group which involves academic leadership within the college. I have known the working processes and methods used for teaching in college very closely and were in direct contact with the academic side of the college. If I look at the single and double loop learning, it can be said that the main points that are discussed in it involve majorly to detect and to correct the errors that are made. The single loop learning helps in understanding the errors and correcting it by using some unique and new strategies that can help in understanding the major standards of the organization.
